Emarby Consulting has a passion for helping trainers, sales people and managers achieve their goals.  It appears in business today that most improvement interventions are based around task or process enhancement.  What seems to be missing are the interventions that improve one to one communication, people interaction skills and communication intelligence.
Emarby’s business owner Mark Brown says ‘One of the biggest challenges for people in sales, management and training roles today  is the challenge of blending their deep understanding of their processes with a deep understanding of communication, influencing and learning behaviour.  Most people understand their sales, management and training processes, but not how to adapt their own behaviour to make them highly effective.  It sounds like common sense and something that people do naturally, but in reality when you listen, observe and get a feeling for what is going on in businesses today, it is a skill set that is often lacking.
